Shuttering plywood fails in two ways on an Indian site: the bond lets go, or the panel bends under load. Oscar Ply shuttering plywood is built against both. Selected hardwood veneers are pressed to 800 plus kg per cubic metre and bonded with BWP grade phenol formaldehyde resin, then tested to IS 4990 for modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity and nail and screw holding, so the panel carries a full pour without bellying and strips clean afterwards.
Telangana conditions make that margin matter. Deccan plateau heat across Ramagundam, Nalgonda and Mahbubnagar dries panels out until the edges open, then the monsoon arrives in a few concentrated weeks and finds every weak glue line. Every sheet is produced at our Raebareli factory and checked before dispatch, and contractors and dealers across the state buy direct from the manufacturer, which keeps rates transparent and repeat supply consistent.

Under normal site handling our BWP bonded sheets deliver 15 to 20 pours. Sites that de-shutter carefully, seal cut edges and store panels flat regularly report more. On a Hyderabad tower running floor after floor, that count is what decides how many panel sets the job actually needs.
Both are BWP bonded formwork panels from the same hardwood core. Film faced shuttering carries a heavier phenolic film for the cleanest possible concrete finish and the highest repeat count, while standard shuttering plywood is the workhorse grade for general slab, column and beam work.
